I hate when people are too lazy to eat right and exercise yet they still complain about not loosing weight. People actually ask me "how did you lose all of your baby weight so fast?!" To which my response is, diet and exercise. "There must be another way" 😒 no. There isn't. You can waste your money on every wrap, magic pill, essential oil, gross drink and waist trainer you want but in the end, you just have to get off your ass and actually work for it. Sorry for bluntness but Jesus, you don't get to complain if you're not willing to do anything about it

Im on a sugar free diet (to have a baby with pcos and to lose the pcos weight but the main important reason is to have a baby) and I've lost 14 pounds so far and have 51 more pounds to lose and I haven't worked out yet but I will start working out when I hit 145lbs to 135lbs right now Im just focusing on getting as much off as I can before working out so ill be easier on my bones Im 161lbs so Im getting closer to my work out point and I am so ready for it I uses to be 175lbs at my fattest and highest weight
