Usually it is accurate if the gestational age is 20 weeks or more like thats what my doc told me.

Genetic testing can determine sex if your insurance allows it but it won't be back before the ultrasound

I didn't find out til I was 18weeks but I've seen a lot of people on here say earlier. I guess it depends on where you live and when your hospital or whatever will do it.
