Well I ended up having to have a csection because I didn't dilate past 3 CM from 1:30 to 5:30. Now I dread getting out of this dang bed to walk! 😫
@star_wars_freak_2010, yes she finally got to where she's eating great now! :)
@annaerandolph, aw well I hope she's eating better now. The mucus should get out of her now that she's out.
@star_wars_freak_2010, 😂😂😂 mine's having trouble eating because she had a lot of mucus in her :(
@annaerandolph, that's pretty much what they told me too lol. Except I wasn't good about walking the halls because every time I thought about going the baby would get hungry then I'd feed her and conk out lol
@star_wars_freak_2010, they just told me to walk the hall 3 times before I go to bed and to fart 😂
The nurses I had had me walk the halls in less than 24 hours lol. I wasn't thrilled
@star_wars_freak_2010, @amandabies10, yeah I just couldn't dilate enough :/ I haven't walked down the hallway any yet, just around the room and I took a shower. It's getting a lot better but still hurts to stand up and sit down.
I've had 2 previous sections, the quicker you get up and walking the easier recovery is!! You can do this!
It gets better. I had two because I apparently can't do natural. Go at your own pace, swear at the nurses if you have to. You can do it. You brought a beautiful baby into this world in a much harsher way then you had anticipated.
@beebaby, well I stayed at 1/2 cm for a month and then I was on pitocin from 4:30 that morning to 5:30 and he figured with the way I hadn't dilated any before that I would just end up sitting here and having to get one anyway 😕 @thtrebelchild, thank you!! It's just so hard to even adjust myself or anything so I dread raising up 😣
@annaerandolph, that's wonderful news :)
