I have twin boys who just turned 3 and I'm now 10 weeks pregnant and I am so angry at my kids all the time.
I feel like I'm constantly yelling at them and I feel like the most horrible mother but I yell at them for every little thing and it's making me upset. I don't know where this anger is coming from.
I would yell at my kids before when they were doing something they weren't supposed to but I feel like this is 10x worse. I've been starting to swear at them when I'm yelling which I never do. I don't know what to do!

I dealt with something similar. My daughter just turned 3 and my son was 2 months old. I'd yell at her for waking him up, don't touch him, stop yelling, stop this stop that. I cried myself to sleep I felt so guilty. She was 3 and just being a 3 year old. I finally told my ex (hubby then) he had to start watching the kids so I could leave for a few. When he noticed me getting worked up he said give me the baby and go take a ride or go to the store. I did. It was huge relief. Then I started eating lunch with friends. Anything to get out for a bit. Do the same. It's refreshing. You need time without the kids too to keep your sanity. It's not bad parenting. Dads always have fun with the kids because they get out for work and have adult conversation daily.
