Okay serious question and it might be dumb. My son was born at 37 weeks gestation. But developmentally he was only at 32 weeks since started growing VERY slowly. I had to be induced because they were afraid he'd stop growing completely. But if he was born at 37 weeks but was developmentally the same as a 32 week fetus, would he count as a Preemie? I mean he wore preemie clothes until he was 3 months old. He had a short stay In the NICU. Only 4 days. But does he count as a "preemie" I need to know so I can know if I can feel comfortable joining a group for preemies, since Henry is so behind I don't connect with moms who had bigger babies or "fully baked" babies. Trying to figure out where we fit into the groups so I can find a support chat or system that understands what I'm going through. TIA!
