This maybe a little gross but I have this irritating bump down there... I know I don't have any sexual diseases but I was wondering what it can be? My panties rub against it and its so uncomfortable.

No just one bump.. I've gotten it before in my first trimester and I just noticed it again today...
Is it one bump or sever little bumps Cuz if it's sever little bumps it's called chicken skin and u get it during pregnancy...
You can try warm compresses on the area, go without undies for a while or soak in a little Epsom salt
It might be a pimple maybe? Or your skin getting irritated from your underwear being too tight?
Maybe. I can't really look down there because of my bump lol. Its really annoying
