Vent post. Irrelevant to pregnancy. I work at Starbucks and got at it with a customer who yelled at me saying I made her drink wrong embarrassing herself in front of her teen daughter. I made it right. I could make it right with a blind fold on. End rant.

Oh and her daughter was embarrassed because her mom was yelling at me about nonsense.
This was also a drive thru interaction and she had pulled up for her daughter to do the transaction from the rear seat since the front window wouldn't open. So she yelled from the front seat past her daughter lolol
I work in a rich neighborhood where a bunch of spoiled entitled folks come in haha
A grande caramel frappuccino with an espresso shot. Which was made to company standards and she argued there was no coffee inside. So I offered to make her a Carmel cream frap to show her those actually don't have coffee and are white in color. Her daughter knew the drink was fine because she's had it herself but her mom didn't listen lol. Told her to talk to my manager she didn't want to. Had my manager yet the left over of the frap in the blender and she even said it's correct as she saw me make it 🙄.
Girl I worked there for a year and I completely agree.
