Has anyone had the iud device?is it painful?do you recommend it ?

I haven't but i wanted to try it but im hearing so much negative stuff about it im scared now

I have the marina. I quite like it, I felt absolutely nothing at all when they placed it. I've had mild cramping and light spotting since tho.

So far I don't like my IUD, but I've only had it for a month.
