This sickness is really kicking my butt. I can't sleep, eat, or even work without feeling miserable. I'm so scared I'll lose my job because of it but it's so bad I can't even power through it. So stressed out.

Morning sickness actually falls under the Family Medical Leave Act as a "recurring illness." Talk to your managers about getting paperwork for your doctor to sign, they legally can't fire you if you qualify!

Idk if you mean like nausea but This is how i felt my whole first trimester till i finally asked my dr for something. . He gave me meclazine & it was a life saver nausea went away right after taking it.
