On Friday evening my 2 year old was diagnosed with RSV through ER. On Monday I went as a walk in with a little sore throat & a cough. Today I went into ER because I could hardly even talk. Nothing helps to relieve the pain & I can barely breathe through my nose.😔 Doctor said it might take up to 4-6 weeks for this cold to go away! I'm due in 5 weeks & I do not want to finish off my pregnancy in pain & sick. My daughter is doing much better, but I'm getting worse. Help?? 😷

You can boil a pot of water on the stove and breathe in the steam. Just not too hot! Soon as it starts steaming. You can also try saline drops. Drink cayenne, apple cider vinegar, lemon, ginger and honey warm or cool a couple times a day. Its so soothing!
