I'm 1cm Dilated I'm Due Next Tuesday .My doctor said if my water doesn't break by Monday she will set an induction date for me (Induction is my last option) I'm going walking today. My Question is How many hours a day should I walk to break my water or get me dilated more ?

I was at 1cm for 2 weeks before natural labor started. If it was on the internets I probably tried it. Baby came when she felt loke it
When they induced you what was the process like ? I've heard being induced contractions hurt worst than normal contractions.
@amberzakiyyah, I walked for 2+ hours a day almost every day, done squats, and several other little "tricks" and nothing worked for me I got stuck at 2 1/2 so they induced me but I really hope it works for you good luck momma 😊
I did stadiums yesterday for 30 min and at midnight i started bleeding and morning too
