For the past three days my daughter has been waking up boiling hot. I just have her Motrin and now I have a cool rag on her forehead. None of my thermometers work. The rest of her body is on fire. What should I do? Does anyone know what this might be caused by?

She'll start teething before you see them run your fingers around her gums and add a little pressure. As long as she is eating and keeping fluids and going to the bathroom you'll be alright just keep an eye on her @kclaireeabbey,
It just spiked up to 301.1 now it's back down to 100.7. Idk what else to do @kelleycrew7362, I don't think she's teething. I don't see any teeth coming in
@kclaireeabbey, is she teething? My daughter would spike all the way 102 keep pushing fluids and meds. Baths always help. If she isn't lethargic don't worry teething can do that
It's 101.3. I'm assuming the Motrin kicked in because she has fallen back asleep. But that means it was extremely high. I wish I would of known how high it was before. It it happens to go up I'll give her Tylenol. @mamasenpai,

Her grandma just went out to buy her a thermometer. I'll find out rn how high it is. I just gave her a luke warm bath @mamasenpai,
