Can I give my 11 month old 1% milk && formula ?? Like switch between them ??

Whole milk only. Do 25% whole milk and then 75% formula and a week later 50-50.

No. You can mix half milk with half formula at this stage but it needs to be whole milk up until they're 2 yrs old.
