Being a young mom is hard.
Like... A lot of people judge you. I hate the "oh you're just a kid raising a kid" stereotyping I get. You feel like a rarity because it's hard to find other young mons doing things. Even though I'm going to groups and things I still feel like the odd mom out because I'm usually the youngest
All the people I know my age are graduating college and/or traveling and/or getting great jobs and doing big things and I'm just here being a quiet stay at home mom and that's never what I saw myself doing..
I love my baby but I'm just not living myself or where I'm at right now
Most of my friends are in college, dropping acid and going to music festivals. It's been a big adjustment. I got lucky though, working in a daycare I met fellow employees who had kids. Bam instant mom friends.
You're a good mom, even better mom for being able to stay at home with her than out her in daycare for 30/40 hours a week ! Don't compare yourself to other mothers, we all do this motherhood journey at our own pace, each person is different, just like your baby is different than others and unique. Your baby will benefit greatly from having you there for constant support, something a child these days rarely gets if both parents are working full time. Just because you're young doesn't mean life is over, you're living your life right now as a new mom, you'll eventually find yourself again and discovery new things about you that you didn't know you were capable of! Stay strong mana💪🏼
I can't tell you how many girl friends I lost when I decided to have a kid so young. I had my first just a couple months after my 19th birthday.
I just think, "Sure you're judging now, but when you're almost 40 with a two year old you're going to wish you had the energy of a 20 year old just to keep up with them." 😂
I might find it a little easier though because it was always my goal to have a family before anything. I have been feeling the itch to start doing more, recently though. So I get where you're coming from. 😩❤
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Things I never thought I'd say...

Oh hun, you're 21, I'm 16 and I'm pregnant.. I know a lot of people judge me that I decided to marry and to have a baby, but I don't need nobody beside me, just my baby and my boyfriend.💙
