So, according to Ovia, I am 5w1D along.

Let me just set up a timeline here.

March 4th, had unprotected sex.

March 6th, had unprotected sex.

March 7th, positive OPK, plan B pill.

Lower abdomen cramping. Sore boobs. Fatigue. Figured it had to do with my moving from an infant room to a 1-year-old room at work/side effects of plan B pill.

March 23, first day of missed period.

March 27, hungry even after eating a full meal.

March 29, took a pregnancy test. Positive. Two more taken after work. Positive.

Technically, if we’re going by ovulation and sex, I’m only 3 weeks. I don’t know why it adds the extra two weeks when it was IMPOSSIBLE for me to be pregnant. W/e.

I know it does, I just think that's silly. I wasn't pregnant when I was on my period.

It goes by the first day of your last period.

I corrected that in the post.

No, sorry if that was misleading. I figured the symptoms were side effects OF the pill I took.
