I need some moms opinion? Im trying to figure something out and I need help

I need help i have a 1 and 1/2 year old and he hits people and also bite people and he father isnt in his life and doesnt want to be and its getting really tough

@jimmajha54 did u have any luck? Mine hits too. I'm trying to get him out of it. I think it's slowing down, but not sure.
