Just eat whatever you crave or think you can handle. They sell hard candies for pregnant women with morning sickness. Sprite helped me. As did sea bands and the hard candies. Saltines made me feel worse

I was given two different nausea meds from the dr. I wish I remember what they were.

Morning sickness is almost never just in the morning. Saltines can help when consumed slowly. Like the other moms sprite saved me. Also mint works well too. They also make ginger mints. Hopefully your morning sickness goes away in the second trimester. Unfortunately, I am 22 weeks and still getting sick

Raw ginger if it was bad i ate a small piece i also put it in water and ginger candies. Ginger ale did not work for me i had to go straight to the source.

Is it okay to get meds from doctor or are those not really safe to take. Because I am not a soda drinker or tea and yesterday I tried saltines but I still felt like throwing up
