Anyone still lay on their back past 20 weeks? And have anterior placenta..
I lay on my sides mostly but then it hurts my hips and now I have red stretch marks on my hips where I lay. Laying on my back with my head up a little, I don't feel dizzy or lightheaded or anything
My baby is fine. Ill do more harm worrying about it. @mommyhargrove
Sometimes I wake up and I'm on my back I try to put pillows around me so I won't but its just the comfy stop for me i wake up like shoot I did it again lol
I usually fall asleep on my sides but then I'll always wake up on my back and sometimes I'll just stay like that cuz its more comfortable
@twinpeanut you'll be fine then. You'll know when you need to switch postions
I have no side effects like numbness, etc @beebaby
I vary my position between back and sides @twinmomma2b @courtt Ive been fine and when i get uncomfortable I move
Laying on your back can cut off your circulation. Cause you limbs to go numb and blood flow to shorten so you have increased headaches.
I sleep on my side until it starts hurting too bad then I roll onto my back and stuff a shit ton of pillows under my back where I'm practically sitting up and after my hip stops hurting I roll onto my side again
I'm 35 weeks and still lay on my back a lot. Doctor told me I was completely fine and baby would let me know when it wasn't ok
Mine told me to lay on my sides starting at 13 weeks. I'm trying so when she gets bigger I'll be ok but for now I have to change it up @ashwee33
I still lay on my back. Not for very long at any given time because I get uncomfortable but I slept on my back up until about 26 weeks. My placenta is anterior
My Dr told me lay anyway i want the baby will tell you when it's not okay!
Im going into 21 weeks tuesday. I figure as long as I'm comfortable and have no side effects @lindastevens393971
I don't want to be up all night long I am getting pissed off my back killing, hips, and cramping I am having contractions and leaking something and baby daddy acting like a kid!
for some reason when I fall asleep I keep winding up laying on my back. is that safe? aren't I not supposed to lay on my back for long periods of time?
Am I the only one that has horrible pains in my hips while I sleep it's horrible I can never lay on one side longer than 30 minutes 🤦🏽♀️
