@ashleywhite.do you drink the regular or the one with extra protein and less calories? That's the one I go and I actually like the taste of it. I was nervous to try it lol

I do because of my hyperemesis sometimes it's easier to do that sometimes

I drank ensure every day while pregnant and while breastfeeding!! You have to really get all the right nutrients while breastfeeding because your baby sucks them all out of you haha I loved ensure. Helped me sooo much
