Outdoor activities. I strap my 1 year old to the bike on a daily and we go to the park or ride around town or the library. It keeps me active and keeps baby happy and pooped by the end of the day.

Exercise, they like to try to do the moves and when it calls for dumbells i let them use canned goods, cardio is me letting them run around the house. If i can bring myself to get out the house we go on a walk.

I'd be afraid to play hide and seek with a three year old. lol 🙈Love the kite and tag ideas though.

Arts and crafts. Baking goodies together. Flying kites if possible. Hide and seek or tag.
