POSSIBLE TRIGGER:
How would you feel being an Infant Toddler Teacher and getting a call from your boyfriend saying he ate a pot brownie this morning, that he feels sick, and he needs you to come home from work to take care of your son because he's too stoned. Mind you it's legal to smoke and consume edibles in our state.
I'm BEYOND FURIOUS WITH HIM. That's our son! I come home to him barely awake with our son fussing at him because he wants interaction. I swear to god if he wasn't already passed out I'd kill him. This is the last straw. Not only am I furious I'm disappointed in him as a father.

In general is he irresponsible? I know edibles can make you so stoned it's hard to move, if you eat too much. That's the thing with edibles...it's an experiment to see what's the right dosage for you. Just enough will make you happy and pain free, it is a body high, but also functional. I think there needs to be more education on proper use of edibles but anyway at least he had the sense to call and say he was too stoned to function, as irritating as that is.

I have 0 tolerance for substance abuse, be it alcohol, weed, etc... I would document everything, video, pictures. He would never see his son again.
Whether it's legal or not, he should not be under the influence while taking care of a child. I'd kick his ass while he's passed out and then after too. I'd be furious with my husband if he did that.

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing.
