Anyone have advice on labor? And how to get through it. I'm 13 weeks and 3 days pregnant and can't stop thinking about…

@jessicaemily154, @rainbowmomma18, don't stress and worry about labor. I was so stressed and worried and honestly when it came to it, it was easy. I listened to my body and asked my nurses questions and was very open with them. They were great. It really is a very natural experience and instincts take over. I knew when it was time to start pushing, I just felt it.

Yes and my doctor don't discuss much bout labor and I'm due any day now

My fiancé is in the military and won't be there he is deploying in may for a year baby is due in September

I had my fiancé there and he seriously just did things to make me laugh and have fun and just keep breathing. Take your mind off of the contractions and realize your going to be a mom!!

I put the TV on while breathing through contractions I would focus on the TV. Also moving around helped a lot.
