My aunt's son was drinking cow's milk at 6 months, can I do that? Why is it recommended to wait till after 1yo?

Totally agree with @nallelyzavala  .. humans aren't actually supposed to be drinking cow's milk .. it's for their babies just like our milk is for our babies.

I have heard about many babies raised on cow's milk and thought it was kinda different. The nutritional part makes sense.

That's a bit young. I'd say soonest to transition is 11m. Formula or mums milk until.
