😢 I don't understand why men talk about us we gain pounds this will happen to me !!! my boyfriend call me fat and nasty - I told him I just gave birth to your child six months ago.! And I'll tell him if you don't like me how I look sorry for you someone will you be sorry. ...My weight was 110. And when I get pregnant I gained 50 pounds. already lost 30 pounds - 20 more pounds to go to lose!! my weight was 130 . Exercise and eating healthy already lost 4 pounds in 1 week..!! 👌👌😉😉 what protein is good for you and how many times a day you can have protein.. this is a picture before and after 1 week
