Shaker cup protein coffee⬇
10oz iced coffee
1 scoop protein (I use half grass fed vanilla whey and half vanilla casein)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
❕SHAKE❕
Then 2oz of cream or coconut milk 🍼
Sweeten if needed. I use maple! 🍁
Works in a regular blender as well. Getting summer ready!

@kambam their customer service is on point too. One time I ordered leggings and the iron on logo was falling off they sent me a free pair of what ever legging I wanted. The only thing I don't like is that their over seas so shipping and I have to call my bank and confirm it all the time

Locking your doors
We are having a discussion on one of my birth boards from my older kids about locking doors and security alarms. There are many of us (me included) who do not lock our doors at home (I actually don't even have a deadbolt on my house and we don't lock it when we leave either), and others who think that's totally weird. So what do you do? Do you lock your doors? Do you think it's weird that people don't?
I don’t get why people feel the need to change their usernames or make a whole new account on here just because they can’t handle the backlash buuuut you had no issue starting the problem 🤔. Then try to be low as if we don’t know who you are.... FYI 90% of us have user notes on everyones’ accounts & screenshots that will never disappear oh & half of y’all give yourself away anyways on your NEW accounts 😬
