@brbsmomma, exactly I'm trying to figure out how these women are storing so much milk the most I got was two extra bottles stored.

@justjazz, no problem! Though you should know that the average amount women can pump between both breasts is 1-4oz and more than that is usually oversupply. I totally feel the frustration, I've never been able to get to the point where I could start a freezer stash but just happy I can make enough I guess

@brbsmomma, thank you I thought maybe I pumped too quick I always get about 3-3.5 oz of milk it's frustrating I feel like I can pump more

For a double pump you should pump for 15-20 minutes, or that amount of time on each side. The flow will stop and start a few times
