Sad part is he says my mom is shit for putting him through this thing with the taxes... Regardless of what my mom did by claiming our son, she still offered him to stay with us and he said no. He has all this family who live close by with an extra room in each house and not one BLOOD relative offered. But his kids grandmother whos not even blood offered him a warm home and toilet to piss in. And he says I'm ungrateful... Smh. Annoyed!!

@b3autifulm3ss she did it in 2016 for the 2015 taxes. Apparently she got 4 thousand or more for our son I don't remember and only gave is $300 saying thats what she got for him. Then we found out other wise of what she got. He got audited and now shes gonna get audited for false claiming him. She said if she has to pay back what she got for him we won't get it. Shes gonna put it in a savings for our son.

So no she won't give him the money she has to pay back in hand. IRS is holding his half for what he would get for claiming our son. For the next 3 year he has to show proof he is the dad. Wtf birth certificate should be enough proof

@andrewsmommy ohhhh ok yeah child tax credit you usually get about 3000 or so i just didnt know if throwing him a couple hundred would suffice in calming him dowb

Why did she even claim him I get she gave ya a place to stay and all but it's illegal and the government will give him that money she will have to pay IRS and IRS will give it to you guys she can't just put it in a savings account because my mom claimed me on her taxes when I wasn't even living with her so I lost out on taxes it was only a couple hundred and at time she was on disability so I didn't fight it
