You usually don't have to prove the address. Just make sure he only claims him and he has to out that he has lived with him at least 6 months of the year on the taxes but no proof necessary

Rule of thumb whoever files and claims the child first gets the tax return for it. So let his dad claim him and you don't 👍🏻

YIKES! Yeah that's a headache honestly. I know that you can just show what you've paid for and how you support him and that you take care of him so she would get audited rather than his dad. But I'm not entirely sure on how to do that. Your best bet is probably to go to a tax person and get their opinion
