Heating pad has saved my life this pregnancy with this back pain

I always took a tylenol and soaked in avwarm bath...good luck getting out though!

My Dr gave me a list of medications I can and can't use and Icy Hot was in the DON'T use category!

Tylenol since that's basically the only med for pain you can take while being pregnant 500mg, you can take 2 pills.

Have you tried a belly brace thing? Mine helped me. I also had a fractured spine before I got pregnant and a bit of a curve because of a wreck so mine was a little different
