So I'm still making milk my son will be 4 months old the 27th of this month is there anyway to start making more milk at this point or is it to late?

Buy a nipple shield. It will help sort of. Once he gets the hang of it for a while you can take it off and let him just have your nipple. Try mothers milk tea. You have to drink at least 3-5 cups a day. Fenugreek capsules from GNC can help. Just know all these things may not work for you but its worth giving a try.
@andrewsmommy, he hasn't latched since he was born he did the first couple of days but the hospital gave him a bottle so he stopped latching when we went home I started pumping but had to stop due to mastitis so I put him on formula now I want to get my milk back
You can try letting him latch back on if he stopped.
