Is it normal for my almost 8month baby to not have any teeth yet?

my son didn't get any teeth till 10 mos and only had 4 on his 1st birthday.

A few days after my son turned 9 months he got his top 2 in.

Every child is different. My sister's nephew didn't get his teeth til he was almost a year or so

my daughter is about to be 8 months and no teeth yet

My daughter didn't get her first tooth until 9 months.

I heard the later the development the better. Every child is different.
