11 DAYS! 11 days is all the difference between these pictures. Before, I was always tired, felt crappy from all the fast food and lack of sleep. Between Jordan(my SO)working so much and sleeping whenever he is lately... I do most things with the kids and around the house by myself. 5 peoples worth of laundry, two 3 year olds messes thru the day, twins fighting, a needy infant, meal time, bath time,making sure jordan got to sleep and got up in time to make it to work his graveyard shift, making sure he had food ready,making sure the kids got to bed, and still finding time for myself to even shower.. I was exhausted. I struggled to keep up with my kids and things around the house that a stay at home mother should do. I didn't take my kids to do much because I didnt want to have to drag them all out by myself.Mostly, I struggled with myself daily. I was depressed and hated my body and hated myself because of the body I was in, how it made me feel and how it made me lack the duties I had as a homemaker. After just 11 days, I am down over 7 pounds, am way more active around my house and with my kids, I actually want to do things with them and my family.My body doesn't feel so gross, my skin has cleared up! I am doing chores around the house I avoided and told myself I didnt have to do because they were "jordans job".All just from feeding my body the right nutrients and cleansing out all of the toxins. And I am only on day 11 of my 30 day pack.. then will be on to my next month after that! Can not wait to continue this journey and gain more confidence, a more positive and healthy mind and body.
