Do any of you ladies have any tips on how to stimulate ovulation? I have PCOS and havent had a period since January. Im trying to do this naturally without prescription meds. I am willing to try herbal medications. Currently I take fish oil and a prenatal. Thanks in advance!

Lavender oil is amazing it's so calming and such a life saver when you're stressing about TTC.

I'm slightly obsessed with essential oils. I would really suggest trying some. I prefer DoTerra. But here is an article about oils and fertility.
