What position do my fellow 3rd tri ladies sleep in at night? My doc said only on left side, but that is close to impossible considering how much pressure is on that left hip for so long. I heard right side is better than back but still not good. I am barely sleeping and want to get in as much as I can before baby arrives.
Thoughts?
Thanks ladies! Comments were very helpful and I feel more at ease (since I have been sleeping on my right side A LOT). There is no way I can stay on just the left.
I've found sleeping on my left with my leg thrown over my husband is the most comfortable 😂
I toss and turn all night and halfway lay on my back. I have my pregnancy pillow undersome of it so theres not much pressure on it. I also still sleep on my stomach.
I slept on either side as long as it's not on your back you should be fine
i alternate from my left to my right. with a pillow between my legs and one under my belly
I toss and torn and lately my body just rolls on my back and for some reason my legs are go up my boyfriend says it's the weirdest thing when he wakes up and has to roll me over and put my legs down 😂
@mrsloro, i still toss & turn. i be on my back, left & right. if i stayed on one side i wouldnt get much sleep.
I just slept however I could! Sleep is more important then what side you sleep on...although back really isn't suggested unless you are propped up
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
TWW!!

I will be 41 :/
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Sleep way you can! Even sleeping on your back is okay if your comfortable. You will start feeling uncomfortable far before it becomes dangerous. Just listen to your body😀
