I've been bf since we left the hospital my breast milk was making her very gassy. So I tried Similac supplement but it seems to upset her stomach. Her poop is kind of watery and her little tummy is bubbling. What can I give her for an upset stomach?

Gas is normal in the first month. My LO's pediatrician explained their digestive system is still developing and maturing. Doesn't make a diff if it's breast or formula. You can try cutting things out of your diet to help prevent excessive gas while baby grows. Cut dairy products and some veggies. See if that helps with nursing. Be sure to relay these questions to her doctor as well... pediatrician is the better resource for answers.
Did iron pills upset anyone else's stomach? I have not had an upset stomach in a few weeks but today my first day taking the iron pill on a full stomach and I feel awful.

Hey so guys I'm so sad right now. My 5 month old is screaming. I gave her rice cereal and it's stopping her up and making her have bad stomach pain. I'm in the process of weaning her on solids. What do I do. :( stop giving it to her and try something more settling for her stomach.?
