Struggling with Infertility: Will Our Dream of Parenthood Come True?

I am 34 with no children and have had 2 miscarriages and then almost 2 years ago I had an ectopic pregnancy, I lost my right tube and of course my baby. It was really hard but we got through it. We TTC naturally for a year with no luck so I started seeing a fertility Dr beginning of January. First they checked him and he has "Superman Sperm" 🤣 then We checked to see if my left tube is clear and it is thank God. But doc said we still can't trust that tube 100%. She wanted me to go straight to IVF but our insurance doesn't cover it. So we decided to try Chomid pills, ovidrel trigger shot with intratubal Insemination. So I've done all that and this Friday is my blood test to see if it worked, I did a pregnancy test yesterday with a BFN , please keep us in your prayers as this is our dream to be parents and start a family. I know I'm not alone but sometimes I feel like I am.
