I would say about 20 to 25 weeks, after you find out gender. So you have the energy to move around and put all the things up and shop or return things.
Im having mine at 38 weeks 😳 Haha I guess it all depends on how you planned it and how your pregnancy is going. I wouldn't wait as late as I am though lol.

Personal preference. I had mine at 35 weeks and it was perfect for me.
