Question :mamas that have switched your baby to regular milk, what kind did you get ? My baby has bad acid reflux and is on alimitum and I'm not sure if I should do regular or almond milk.

Neither are a good choice.... try switching formula and speak with the pediatrician

Try gripe water in a bottle, it helps so much. And sleeping in a rock n play because it's angled makes the reflux almost disappear. Babies under 1 are not to have anything but breast milk or formula (and baby food once the time comes). But definitely not cows milk, water, or anything else.
