Hi ladies it's been a while since I log in to this app but I have concerns and need mom advice.
My baby's father has visitations over my oldest since July, since than he's been taking him and whatnot. Just recently my baby hides and cries when he sees him approaching.. a lot of people might say it's normal it happens. But keep in mind he's been going since July! Now last night my uncle came over and my kid thought it was his dad so he ran and hide behind my legs.. there's court orders but I fee like I shouldn't let him go if he doesn't want to go. Not when he seems that traumatized 😔... please help!
Yeah I would get a therapist or a counselor for the child to talk to that way it doesn't seem as if you're putting words or ideas into the child's mind and creating another situation because my brother went through something like that. And then that would back up if you decide not to let your child go with the father until you guys go to court Lord knows if my child was acting like that I would not be letting them go anywhere either
Record it, or have someone else record it. Documentation is everything in court and if you guys end up going back you can get a child family investigator and submit all the evidence. Not sure how old your son is but you can talk to him and see whats going on. But always always make it known and clear that you are NOT alienating them from each other, but document everything, keep all text! You can try using the talkingparents.com which is like messenger only nothing can be erased once its uploaded.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
