How long after a miscarriage does your period come back?

The bleeding is slowing down going to retest when it stops just because they told me too. Its going to break my heart to see a negative after getting three positives within one week. It really hits me at night.

My hcg level is 5 doctor said follow up in a week either im extremely early & bleeding will stop or im goimg through a miscarriage.

After three faint positives i woke up to some blood this morning 😖 trying to be positive but im cramping and i feel like this is it.

So ive had three light but positive pregnancy tests going by my lmp it says im 6w5d but i dont see how considering the test are so light & with my first i had a big bold dark line at 4w5d i think i ovulated late & tesyed extra early one week i tested negative the next week positive & still positive 4 days later i just dont know how far along i am but my periods were irregular my last period was. Feb 6th

Is that a positive??!!

My periods have been messed up since november not sure why

Then
Jan 14th
Then
Feb 6th
Still nothing & i doubt im pregnant because of the messed up cycles.

So i havent been on here in a year lol but just wanted to update everyone see how everyone is doing my leap year baby is officially 1 he walks he even says words & god he is growing up so fast 💙❤💙

Well my doctor told me today everything looks great my cervix is soft im still at a 1 but im effaced to 40% she said well sarah ill see you next week...if youre still pregnant & winked i started freaking out lol im ready whenever he is ready! ❤❤❤
