I woke up around 4 with bad acid reflux ran to the bathroom and started throwing up the stomach acid but halfway through I was throwing up some blood, should I call my dr or is this because of how harsh the tummy acid can be coming up?

My baby was on enfamil gentlease but he was throwing up with it so they switched him to enfamil nutramigen and hes throwing up a ton more with it like alot hes been on it since 9/20 what should i do?
On my way to to the hospital I throw up everything I throw up to the point nothing comes out
