Breast are engorged, one leaks a lot and produces alot when feeding but the other hardly produces anything, and I can't seem to get a lot of relief on that side.

have you tried block feeding? I had q similar issue and started to block feed and now i dont have as many issues with engorgment

you set up blocks of time i did my day in 8ths to start but you nurse from only side during the block and the sext block is the other side. sofor example 8 am -10 am only feed the left boon from 10am - noon only the right side.
this will help regulate your milk supply in both breasts.

if your baby only eats once during the blocks than you'll want to make the block longer so you get at least 2 feedings on one breast nuring the time.

Use warm compresses before a feeding get ur milk flowing easier. Also works for the pain. That helped me then within a week breast felt much better.
