Hello! What are the breastfeeding rules for drinking alcohol? Pump? Is having one beer ok or do you need to pump or wait to feed?? FTM and haven't had anything to drink since baby was born. I've been to nervous and can't figure out how to do it lol

@katt18 beer increases milk it doesn't decrease it. I used brewer's yeast it increas my milk that's what in the beer that helps with lactation

agree with above be cautious with beer it can cause a dropp in supply. my dr said to try to wait an hour after you drink before you nurse.
