Quick question my son had been going to daycare since feb/13 with the exception of one week with him the time because he was really sick. He still give me a hard time going to him class and cries when I leave.
Is this normal? Any suggestions on what to do to make drop of better for him?

Very normal. Try speaking to one of the daycare teachers and see who is around when you drop off every day. Maybe one person specifically can come greet you at drop off and take your son from you. If there was a child who was upset every day, I would always the same staff member assigned to that child who would go up and take them and hold them until he or she was calm again. The routine of having the same person there every day should help!

@emmysmommy, that's what his main teacher does I don't see a improvement. Could I be doing something wrong... when we get to his school I let him look at the fish and just hang out for a bit and slowly take him to his class. Should I keep doing that or just carry him in and pass him to the teacher?

Some kids are just like that. If it doesn't get better you could try just passing him off. Eventually I think they just learn that no matter what they're staying so they stop!
