So I am currently loving mommy hood, I have a 3 month old perfect little girl that gives my life purpose, but I have an ex that will not get off my tail, he is literally insane, but my point is, after we split up I found out I was pregnant, I told him I was pregnant just so he would not find out through other people, but we split up in February and I found out I conceived late March so the baby isn't his, and he hasn't talked to me the entire pregnancy or since she has been here, an the man I'm currently with my fiancé absolutely loves our daughter an signed the BC and paternity papers, BUT now my ex wants to pop in an cause us issues an saying he is going to get a paternity test an get 50/50 custody and has even sent people to text me an get pictures of my daughter so he can see her yet won't contact me, I'm afraid this crazy ex is going to drive me insane, if me an my fiancé marry now can he not get a DNA test?

If he believes there is a chance that she is his he can always get a dna test. They will not deny him a dna test even if you marry the man on her BC

Let him do a dna test and once it proves shes not his daughter get a restraining order.
