my son is three weeks old and is exclusively breastfed but has the Run due to pooping after each feeding what can I do to help his poop thicken up

My babies had watery poop until they started eating solids if you think he is having troubles call his pediatrician and see if you can talk to a nurse and describe it to them and see what they think you should do.... I think I'd rather have blowouts than constipation issues.... Hehehe @tayjr216
