Those who use to co sleep and had to get your little ones in their own bed... my son is about to be a year old in 2 weeks. I feel like he really needs to be in his own bed. He doesn't sleep well at night and neither do we. Trying the cry it out method tonight. Any advice!? He has been crying 20 mins. Part of me feels terrible and wants to get him, but the other part thinks he's only crying because he knows before I would have gotten him. I don't want him to feel like I left him, but I really need him in his own bed. HELP 😭😭😭

My son was strictly my cuddle buddy every night until 6 and a half months old. My husband wants him out of the bed so we put his crib next to the bed without the side rail so it was connected, and I cuddled him to sleep while laying in there so when I moved he was in his bed by himself but still close to me. So far he's doing good in there and it's a good beginner for weaning off the bed sharing

@bentleysmomma, thanks! I hate doing it because I love love cuddling with him, but we have another baby on the way and I'd rather do it now than him think I'm only doing it because a new baby is here. Also, we only have a queen size bed and I can't take being 36 weeks pregnant and getting kicked In the back and stomach every night. He also doesn't sleep through the night and my husband will deploy soon so I need to try and get both kids on a schedule so I don't lose my mind lol

@jaxmomma goodluck! Mine is 2 and this is where he sleep EVERY NIGHT, I sleep at the foot of the bed 😨

My daughter will be 13 months on Sunday and she still sleeps with us too. She doesn't sleep well either. It's such a pain and idk how she's gonna act if I out her in her crib .
