Trying something new in my quest to lose my baby weight lol. Just meal prepped 9 healthy crockpot meals. Groceries cost me $120 and there's 50 servings in these 9 bags =$2.40 a serving and I know every single thing that went in these. Just dump the raw ingredients in the freezer bags with some easy directions and pop em flat in the freezer. Take one out to thaw the night before, throw it in the crockpot and add the water if necessary (write it on the bag) and that's it. Dinner for us and then lunch for a few days on top of it. There's tomato and basil chicken, honey lime chicken, bourbon brown sugar chicken with green beans, turkey tacos with fajita peppers, turkey veggie soup, beef teriyaki with snow peas, beef stew, crock pot lean pot roast and I can't remember the last one right now lol.
Well i definitely want to try this after i have my baby. I probably should try now. Did you breastfeed your baby and that played in why you lost some weight? Take care of yourself girly
I will it's been a long hard one so far lol. I lost a lot of my weight really fast after my son was born but then I did it too much too fast and made myself really sick, made my anemia worse etc. I got put on basically ensure to make me gain some back but gained way more than I needed and now I'm going to lose it but healthy and not as fast and I'm allowed back at the gym now too.
