Humidifier for sure. Honest Co. makes a really good soothing baby vapor rub that I found really helps. Some on the chest and bottoms of the feet with socks on. Also warm baths or turn the shower on high heat and sit in the steam with her

Vicks vapor rub on feet with socks on always works for me and a tad on chest and back if you want too.
