how do you keep your milk supply up after you start having your periods? 7 weeks PP and I started my period this morning. my son is 8 weeks on Saturday
So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.

How old were you all when you started your periods? I was 15, and the last of all my friends. My daughters doctor told me 8-10 is normal to start puberty, and that many kids are even starting their periods younger than years ago.
